Zoltán I. Búzás is an Associate Professor at the Keough School of Global Affairs at the University of Notre Dame. He is also the founder of the International Race and Rights Lab. He previously was an Associate Professor at Drexel University, an Open Society Fellow and a Visiting Scholar at the Center for International Peace and Security Studies at McGill University. He earned his PhD in Political Science at the Ohio State University.

Zoltán's research examines questions pertaining to international relations, race, and human rights. His work is published or forthcoming in International Organization, International Studies QuarterlyEuropean Journal of International Relations, and Security Studies
