Zoltán I. Búzás is an Associate Professor at the Keough School of Global Affairs at the University of Notre Dame. He is also the founder of the International Race and Rights Lab.

Zoltán's research examines questions pertaining to international relations, race, and human rights. His work is published or forthcoming in International Organization, International Studies Quarterly, European Journal of International Relations, and Security Studies.
